All Prices are stated in SGD, and are
inclusive of shipping fee.
All album sales counts towards the various charts (ie. Hanteo/Oricon)
All album posters are subjected to availability and may go out of print anytime.
No dead buyers. If you’ve said you’d like to order an item from us and we’ve replied to your email, we expect a reply as well. If you have any queries whatsoever, please feel free to ask.
Please be patient and do not rush us, if you cannot wait, don’t order
Waiting time is
15 – 30 days from batch closing, excluding shipping and packing time from Korea.
Batch closes 1st and 15th of the month unless stated otherwise.
Please check Status Form for any updates.
Signed Albums
Autographed Albums are legit by the idols themselves, if you don't trust, please do not buy.
Supplier will go to idols' comeback promotional events and get their signature. If promo period ended will be very very hard to get their signature.
Waiting time is 2 - 4 weeks
minimum.
If placed order while idol is not having any comeback promotions, there is no guaranttee of waiting time. (I have had waited 3 months for a Big Bang autograph album coz my supplier cannot catch them in Korea as they are not having comeback promos)

| We are not liable for any losses due to non-registered mail. Please be responsible for the address you have given to us. |
| Items that are lost/damaged in the midst of reaching you are not our responsibility. Please check your items during meetups, as I will not refund you once you leave. |
| We ship overseas only if you have a paypal account and is willing to pay the shipping fees to ship to your country. |
| We are currently not accepting meetup payment at the moment. You can go to any cash deposit machine to deposit in our account, any extra deposited will be returned. (concealed cash is strongly not recommended). |

| Items to be collected within a month from the time your status is changed to “Ready For Collection”. |
| If you have any reasons to collect items at a later date, please let us know when you order, or items will be thrown away if not collected within a month. |
| Confirm meetups 1day before, and do not be late. You should arrive earlier then us, if you cannot meet us, please notify us beforehand |
| We will only wait for 15minutes, we will not wait anytime after that, and the next meetup will have to be to our convenience. |
| If you are uncooperative/non-punctual/didn’t notify us that you are not coming or ignore our emails and/or SMSes. We have the right to confiscate your items. |

What is the currency used for this website?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Are album sales counted towards music charts?
Our supplier is based in a shop in Korea so our albums sales counts towards Hanteo, Oricon, Gaon chart etc. Even boost domestics sales in Korea which counts towards music shows.
Are the albums on your site authentic and official?
Yes, all albums are authentic and officially from Korea.
Does every album comes with a poster?
Posters are subjected to availability. Usually posters are available if you purchase them before release date, but it will be on a first come first serve basis. We would advise you to pre-order early to secure your poster. No refunds will be given if posters are out of print.
